The following is an indictment against the industry that was filed by several attorneys including David Boies (the attorney that succesfully prosecuted microsoft for the government, and Time magazine's lawyer of the year).
The lawsuit is being expanded to name Options as the controlling entity behind all these agencies. I will post the addition as soon as it is filed.
I have broken this into ten parts to make it easier to read the lawsuit (Parts 3 - 8 are the most informative)
