Ripoff - TOOK MY MONEY AND I GOT NOTHING consumer fraud ripoff

I Sent Them 249 dollars and then 49 dollars. For a card I thought was a regular credit card. I got a plain card with there name on it. And It does nothing, works nowhere, the phone numbers they gave me, I talk to computers. HELP!
