This so-called phone card is part of a telephone scam perpetrated by Capital First in Miami. They say there is a monthly fee of $54.90 after the trial period.
This was mailed to me without my knowledge or authorization which, in my opinion, constitutes "mail fraud".
This series of companies should be on the Florida Attorney General's action list of Fraud perpetrators. They belong in prison for life. They prey on those least able to afford the financial losses.
The State of Florida and the Federal Government, since it involves interstate trafficking, should exercise their combined law enforcement bureaucracies to stem this cancer before too many innocent Americans are swindled.
Go to any search engine and enter "Capital First" and see the myriad of complaints. What do we pay high salaries to government employees for, anyway?
