I was charged extremely a high bill. I was told that someone in the credit department authorized to increase our spending limit. Our spending limit was only $200.00. Our plan was set up that if $200 was not paid then they would disconnect the cell phone service. We were never disconnected over some months. About a week age, we received a bill stating that we owe $600.00. I called up Sprint and they said that someone in the credit department increase our spending limit. Now I never authorized anyone to do that. Now they are saying that we owe $600.00. I find that very unfair and I feel very violated because this was done without my authorization and without my permission. Sprint never notified me. I want to know can this be done.
