They take your money but don't delive

I order two items from this company in May. They cashed the check within two weeks of the order, but I still have not received the items. I did, however, receive their catalog recently which does not contain any phone numbers or contact information. I tracked down their phone number for customer service, and spent more than half an hour on hold, only to be disconnected by the system.

It was clear that the customer service phone number is a scam designed to keep you holding at your expense (it's not an 800 number) only to disconnect you. This company should not be trusted, and should be prosecuted for theft from the many people from whom they've stolen money without delivering merchandise.
