Had been please with Yappies until the 3rd visit. They had previously charged me 45.00 to bathe my long haired cat, however on the 3rd visit the charge came to 65.00. I was shocked to say the least, when I asked about this, the clerk said they always charged that for long hair cats, I informed her that this was my 3 rd trip and it was always 45.00, she conveinently could not find any record or history of me/pet ever being there.
I told her that I had, and to prove it to her, I reminded her of the report cards they used to give to the customer about the behavior of the pet during the process, she said, that the owner had increased the prices effective January. I told her what a ripoff it was to increase a bath by 20.00 bucks. I asked for the manager, he was not in, so she said, I left my name and number for him to call, he never did, so I called 3 times asking for him and left a detailed message as to why I was calling.
Never heard back and believe me, I know a lot of people and they will never use them either. Remember, dissatisfied customers have a dominino effect when it comes to spreading the word of businesses that rip off people.
