A very charming young black man with an accent knocked on my door and sold me two magazine subscriptions and asked me to rate him for how polite and helpful he had been while selling the magazines even if I didn't buy anything. The sheet showed comments written by other neighbors that I knew. Also, he had several checks from neighbors showing that they had already bought magazines.
He pleaded with me not to cancel the magazines after he left or he wouldnt get his reward for his points.
