Had me to sign an agreement form and send a money order for A$464. Oo to the address above. Have not heard from them

I am filing a report against ic services for fraudulant charges because tlhey stated that they were grant people that would write you a grant for a fee of $464. Oo. I have not heard from them since May 1. I mailed a money order to their supposely address.
