Rudeness & no direct answers to questions

The salesperson found our house. Confirmed us six unique rugs & requested us to pick while he calculated two rooms. While he delivered towards the family room my spouse ask just how much each rug was. The income individuals response was "$99 a rectangular lawn, but Mr Kingdom does not like him to provide out a cost before a SO LET US DOIT MY WAY!"

This created my spouse so angry he quit the home. Like a customer you wish to understand what you're spending money on & just how much. He extended to push-me to-order. I told him I had a need to complete painting. He explained the contractors might screw up the new color and so I had a need to deploy immediately. After I stated I'd another organization arriving 24 hours later and he could not fault me for looking around he explained NOBODY could defeat his cost. The cost was another problem altogether. He never mentioned something about support. After I requested he explained "do you consider we'd deploy carpet without support" but he did not have any examples showing me.

It was an extremely poor knowledge & I really hope nobody else needs to endure the disrespect.
