On July 9, I recieved a call from this company. My husband and I being first time homeowners thought this product would be great. Well, we were wrong.
First we asked about unclogging our drains. We were told that this would work. We have a 30 day trial if we are not satisified. This representative gave me a number if I needed to call back. Guess what it is a fax number.
Next, we called to return the product and were told that the wrong product was sent to us. The represenative wanted us to keep the product we have and send us the correct product. And he still wants us to pay when the first payment is due on August 9. No free trial.
We told him we were not interested and just wanted to return this product. We could not get a word in without being inturupted. We were told that there were 5 other customers on hold. We hung up.
All in all we do not want this product or any other product from this company because they messed up the order. Trying to return the product is impossible. I have decided that I am going to return is c.O.D.
We still do not know how this company got our phone number, it's unlisted.
Anybody else have this problem or suggestions?
