This person (breeder) is terrible and crazy. I sent her a $100 deposit for a red mahogany long coat miniature dachshund puppy and then she put on her web site "sold, going to live with _ _ _ _ in georgia". Today when i saw the available puppies page of her web site. She took down what she had there earlier ("sold, going to live with _ _ _ _ in georgia") and replaced it with $500. She told me that deposits are non-refundable. She sent me telling me that she will not refund my deposit. So, i am not going to put up with this, i am going to be hiering a good knoxville, tennessee civil litigation attorney and i will be suing her for my $100 deposit. I am also going to be suing her for a reimbursement of all attorney's fees, court fees, and filing fees.
