June contacted me and wanted to buy one of my puppies. She sent me a $100.00 deposit to hold the puppy. She also completed a deposit agreement. She never disclosed to me that she was a kennel owner. It is plainly stated on my website that I can and will refuse to sell to anyone for any reason.
After doing a Google search for her name I discovered a letter that she wrote after she was questioned about the physical condition of a dog that she sold to another woman. They meet at a fast food resturant to make the exchange. Any reputable breeder would allow customers to visit in their home or kennels.

The public is welcome to come to their own conclusions about the situation. I offered my help if she or her mother wished to get out the questionable environment.
I immediately advised June Choi that I would not be selling her the puppy and that I would be refunding the money as soon as the puppy was sold. I found a buyer almost immediately and sent her an email advising her that I would be refunding the money.
I have received many nasty emails, phone calls and threats from this very angry girl. I have received phone calls one right after the other from the mother of this girl. It got so bad I had to block the numbers. They have a lot of phone numbers.
She filed a complaint on this board which was unwarranted about me. Below is the emailed response that I got after advising her that I was in fact going to be refunding her money. You be the judge of this:
List you stupid crazy and lying whore, i have already filed a law suit against you. You are the one that needs mental help, not me. Returning my deposit to me on august 11th is not good enough. You are to late, i already filed a law suit against you. I will see you in court soon! I already made a blog about what a stupid, lying, crazy mental case that you are. I also put on the blog that you need mental help and that you are a scam artist and a puppy miller. I am going to do all i can to shut you down for good. I do not believe for one minute that you are breeding dachshunds as a hobby, i know that you are breeding them for profit.
I did a complete and thorough background check on and found out that you are not even licensed to be a breeder, i already filed a report against you to the usda and the tda (tennessee department of agriculture).
Tell me, how many other people have you scammed out of their money?!
You need to seek serious mental help from a psychiatric hospital, you are not right in the head. You are a stupid, lying, crazy douchebag that has no job whatsoever.
Soon the millions of people will know that you are running a dachshund puppy mill.
