I have had Bright House since Time Warner was sold.
I have had a lost payment (the last time I ever paid a bill in cash), numerous, unrepaired issues including my internet dropping off (that went on a year and a half - I was told it was my computer. I bought a new pc and it was their stupid modem).
In I signed up for digital service, and had to use their box. I had to call repair, of course, since it did not work. Repair came out, fixed the problem, and, after fifteen minutes of their departure, the television got fried. I was told, of course, they were not responsible. I had a lawyer contact them, and they did not respond.
Earlier this year I filed a complaint with the Florida Dept of Consumer Affairs. Bright House did not respond. (It does not say much about the state doing nothing and the company doing nothing).
Now, of course, Bright House is telling me that the problem with the picture is my television.
When repair people come out, the first bunch always indicate the problem in the outside facilities. When the brush-off specialist "tech" shows up, the problem is too much wiring (or God forbid, two televisions on a connection!), bad splitters, vandalism, cable theft and whatever else is convenient - but not them.
They do not care.
