I contracted R and M Contracting Services to install a patio after removing my old patio. I have a bid for 3000.00 and he was going to discount the service to 2300.00. He asked for a deposit of 1500.00 to aquire the supplies and the ballance on completion. He came the first day and removed the origional patio 12 x 12 and dumped it in our driveway. They said that they were going to be back in the morning to haul away the rubble and start the patio forming and grading the nest day. They never did show back up and have made several promised to do so. Today the phone numbers either do not accept messages or are now disconected. I have asked for the remaining monies back although they blame each other saying the other has the money.
