Product and installation of 5 double patio doors was exceptional but trying to solve a post installation problem is the absolute worst. I have placed numerous calls trying to reach someone who can help and never get a call back - very frustrating. Follow up is totally non-existent. Too bad as they could be the best but now simply mediocre.
