I ordered bodyfitpro's hoodia pills after answering an email that was sent to me for a free offer to try them for only a shipment charge of 4.97 and 2 weeks later my checking account was charged a fee of 99.61 that I did not authorize or know about.
It was investigated by my finacial institution and I was sent a copy of what seemed to be a print out of there disclosure that had been allegedly approved by me by a box that was checked off confirming I understood what I was doing. I really had no idea.
Prior to the bank sending me the paperwork I had never seen that page before. All attempts to contact bodyfitpro have been unsuccessful, their website provided is always not responding or unable to open of not just my home computer, but at work and I have also tried to use the local library computer, nothing.
How can they do this and not be held accountable?
