I ordered the 14 day free trial period of bodyfitpro on May 7th they charged my account on the 9th. I recieved my product on the 14th called to cancel on the 21st.
Before it even cleared my bank account they held the money for about a week before it cleared my account. When I tried to call an cancel they took all my info. Then told me I needed to call back in about 2 hours which would have been after hours cause their computer system was down.
When I did call back the line was busy. I have been trying to call about every 15 to 20 minutes or so everyday and the line is still busy. I can already tell that this place is a rip off.
