Since 0502 I have tried to cancell my membership. I have written them several times, refused an order after 2 or 3 "cencel please" notices on statements. Late charges have been added. I have tried calling but after 15-20 minutes on hold refuse to waste any more of my valuable time.
I have cancelled this membership twice in the past with no problems and resumed membership after several months. What is their problem?
