Offsohoshopping.com claims on their website that their items are authentic... This quote is from their website..."Are your items authentic? All items we sell are brand new and are 100% authentic. All items come in their original dust bags and or tags/labels of authenticity. We do not sell inspired nor compared items.
When I received the Seven For All Mankind jeans, I noticed that they were not authentic like they claim I had researched many sites that tell you how to compare to fakes. These were definitely fake.
When called the customer service number to request refund, they said they would do it without charging the 15% restocking fee. I had spoken to Danny the manager. I had to pay $15 to ship the jeans back. Once I received my credit, they took off $26 for a restocking fee.
This fee should not be charged if they are selling fakes. I called again and spoke to Danny and he would not refund the restocking fee and denied selling fake jeans and denied telling me that he would return all my money. When I told him that I would report him, he said that I would just be sent to collections. I lost $40 all together from this company that defrauds people.
