I was nervous about moving after 30 years in the same house, because I have lots of antiques and a lot of glass. However when Wade McLaren arrived at my home to do the survey prior to my move, he put my mind at ease almost immediately. Then, once they had my move scheduled they didn't forget about me. My customer service rep, Michelle, was helpful every time I called, and I called a lot! And then, the move itself was flawless! The crew I had was careful and worked as quickly as they could. I was so impressed, that even though I hope never to move again, if I do, it will definitely be with Blue Bird. It's nice to work with a company that still puts customer service first!
