I paid Arnie Newman and ISC 12,500.00 to make initial contact with companies and manufactures for my invention. I was promised publicity and advertisement, brochures and media releases to introduce my invention to the public. Upon paying the monies owed in full for the contract, and up front, we left his Federal Way, Washington based office. Two days later we realized the paperwork was dated wrong. I had seven days to back out of my contract, and the papers were dated two days prior from the date originally signed. We signed on January 12, and the date on the contract said the 10th. Arnie Newman had cashed the checks for the total amount of 12,500.00 on the 17th at Lasalle Bank in Troy, Michigan, two days prior to the seven day deadline. Later I found out that Arnie Newman had not even filed for a business liscense until the 20th. (d.B.A. #602-576-053) He had no web sight set up for ISC, and no business listings in the Federal Way, or Seattle areas.
I found that he was conducting contracts with clients, such as myself, with the impression that he was producing legal, law binding contracts, and taking the payment for services and keeping them for hiself. When I contacted Arnie Newman about what I had learned, he simply stated that he was suing ISC, and that I would be repaid in full if and when he won that lawsuit. Arnie Newman is the soul proprietor of ISC. Arnie Newman is Inventor Support Corporation. He had created a lawsuit against himself, that was never going to happen.
