Arnie Holland from Light Year Entertainment and Geno Taylor who used to be the owner of Polychrome Pictures are just horrible cheats. I am a film maker who licensed my feature to them in early 2009. Me and my producers spent thousands upon thousands of dollars on delivery coststomeet the submission request on our distribution deal memo. Per our distribution contract, we were guaranteed a minimum advance paymentmonths prior to our release date in addition to royalty payments.
We never received a penny northe advancethat Arnie and Geno had contractually agreed to pay us. Months went by and they still released our film and collectedpayments from retailers. None of that was ever paid to us or the producers. To top that off, Arnie Hollandis also a lawyer and overall is a despicable human being whose nameI will continue to blast in the entertainment industry so that other film makers take notice and avoid losing their films.
