I received a call from a sales rep for Reply! Inc. That talked me into trying their program. They supposedly sell you legitimate real estate leads for $44.95 for each lead. She said I would receive an email to let me know when I had a lead and if it was not a good lead that they would refund the money. Well, they took $44.95 from my bank account twice and I have not received not one lead from them. I sent an email, then made a phone call.
When they decided to reply, they had a very, very rude girl make the call. They said that my leads were in my account manager, which I cannot get into, I told her that I was told I would be informed by email when a lead came in and I had not received any emails from them. I had already checked all of my emails as well as in the spam folder. There were no emails from them.
I told her I wanted that money put back into my account and that I did not want to have anything else to do with their company. She said I had to put that in writing, I had already sent them an email saying the same thing. She refused to cancel the account, or refund my money. She was so rude to me on the phone, I told her if I was her boss that I would fire her for talking to a customer like that. She nastily replied that her boss was the one that told her what to say to me!
This company is the biggest rip off that I have ever encountered! All they did was steal my money and I got absolutely nothing for it.
