I placed an order on June 27th and they charged my Credit card the same day. I was assured that the order would arrive within 10 days as it was very important that I have the items by this date.
Today, was day 12 and I finally called and was told that the order had been canceled due to not being in stock. NO ONE had bothered to contact me by email or phone to let me know that they were out of stock and were canceling my order. Had someone alerted me to this I could have had time to place the order from someone else. Now, I am flying out without the needed products. I was talked to very rudely by customer service when I explained that I was upset.
