Blocked phone calls from incarcerated relatives Bill is up to date Sets limits on my bill according to my credit report which by the way is over 720 Ripoff

I am tired of having my phone blocked every month and not recieving calls from my loved one. My bill is paid. Evercom sets a limit on my account according to my credit report (720). I have never not paid a bill with them, but that doesn't count.

You can't talk to them. Outside relatives are held hostage by this monopoly. This is another way the system rips off the (usually) already over taxed public
One reason might be the incentives for the facilities and the state and county to recive kickbacks from the company that services each facility. The last time I checked kickbacks were against the law.
