Do not use Quick Trip Movers... The owner, Al, is a liar, he is rude to his customers, and is overall just a piece of s*t who does not do good business.
From day one I have had problems with this company from not showing up or delivering on time to extra charges and everything inbetween. Al is the rudest owner of a company that I have ever met in my life. I feel that if you are being paid for a service, like they are, the customer shoudl be treated with complete respect no matter what. From day one I have had problems with them.
They were scheduled to pick up btw 2-4pm on Saturday and they didn't show up untill 9:15am on Sunday... Then they informed me that there will be extra charges that I was never made aware, but we got that pretty much straightened out. The delivery was scheduled for that next Wednesday or Thursday, but the movers were supposed to call me and set up a time, but that never happened.
I have called Al every day since Sunday assuming that my furniture was on the way up to Virginia and was never once told that it had not left Atlanta yet. Al has lied to me just about every time that he has spoken with me and he has not informed me of any changes being made to my shipment regarding delivery dates being pushed back, etc...
Moral of the story... Do not use this f'""ing company to move any of your furniture if you want it to get to you by a certain date because it is not going to happen!!!
