Fraudulent billing overcharges ripoff dishonest

Last year, I ordered the free business cards from Vista Prints. The deal was that I would only have to pay shipping and handling, which came to about 5$. However, months later, I noticed a charge for 14.95 on my debit card, and decided to investigate. For months, VistaPrints has been charging my debit card 14.95, for some membership that I never signed up for.
