I ordered cards to send out to notify people that we had just moved, the first time sent they were incorrect but they re-sent the corrected copies out in a timely manner.
I just checked my Visa statement and I see that I've been charged an addl $14.95 a month after I ordered the cards. I called to dispute this charge with Visa and Vista Prints only to find that Vista Prints enrolled me in a "rewards" program. They claim I was to have received a $10 rebate, never received the $10 nor did I sign up for this rewards program. Visa also stated that Vista Prings has me scheduled for another $14.95 charge for September.
I am not paying for either charge. Vista claims they will cancel my enrollment. Check your credit card statements well if you order from Vista Prints!
