Wal-mart hiring practices, if i was a different race i would get hired

If i was a different race i would get hired. I submitted 3 applications online and one at the actually at the wal-mart superstore. I just don't understand that if i put that i can work ANY hours and ANY days and ANY shift why i wouldn't get hired? Simple: my race.
