Ordered dvd for 1.97 online. Recieved dvd, then a month later had charge for 49.95 on credit card. Called # next to charge, and disputed charge, was told I would receive refund w/in 72 hours, never did.
Called again one week later, and was told by "manager" that credit was never sent to confirmation department and "this" time it would be processed. Was given confirmation # as well.
Called again, asked for manager, of course he's not in today... Was told "Mike" the manager always gives refund when promised, some reps say they will, but do not. (Such professional way to run a company eh?) and may take up to 2 weeks to process. I will be calling back in one week after reading these reports, to follow up on the so called "processing" status!
Am in the process of reversing charges from my credit card company, in hopes that will alert them that I will not stop until I recieve a full refund of 49.95.
