I received a package from The Toy Hunt and it was lacking a key product. When I called the company to rectify the problem in a timely way (they left out item was needed for a time sesitive event), the receptionist refused to help. She said she could not overnight the product and would not. The receptionist then proceeded to hang up on me. I requsted to be credited for the mistake but before I could explain that the credit card they had on file had been cancelled, she cut me off. Now upon requesting to be credited by a check or another card (in the same name) they are refusing this. The event in which I needed the product is now over and I am out the money and still have no product or credit.
