Hydroderm advertised a skin product over the internet for free and all i would have to pay is the shipping and handling. I used my bank card to pay the $5. Oo for s/h, the product came in a small bottle. The liquid in side appeared to consist of water and clear jello, i tried it and did not like it.
I thought it was over and another package appeared with a bill saying i owe them $56.00 and they had already taken it out of my account without my permission and that they will continue to send a bottle monthly after they have charged my bank card. I tried calling for 3 days and finally spoke to a lady, who insisted this is perfectly legal and its not a rip off, to cancel send the bottle back. I did and my money has not appeared in my bank account, the reprentative said i was in some type of membership, now im afraid they will not stop sending this horrible product to me and that i will not get my money back. The lady did say all i have to say is " to cancel the product " which i did, mailed back the product and still no return of my monies on my card.
I feel this was done without my permission, i dont like the fact that someone feels as if they can take my money without my permission. And misrepresented the cost by saying "free" when this is obviously not "free " please help.
