This is a familar story - I purchased an item from VitaCost and a month later I was billed for membership to Shoppingessentials. Phoned the 800# to find out what was happening. They claim I clicked on a banner that automatically enrolled me in the program (NOT TRUE) and when I told them to cancel my membership, they told me to enjoy the remainder of the month. Nothing doing!
I told them I want a full refund on my credit card bill - they gave me an authorization # and told me it would show up on my next bill. It had better! The person I spoke to was someone in Pakistan or India - barely could speak English.
