Our story is similar to the other complaint. We emailed this mover the exact contents and dimensions of our move. They quoted in writing a price of 6.5 hours. They showed with too few trucks and too few men. After two trips, 14 hours (4 hrs in traffic which they get paid for) they agreed to come back early morning and finish. They never showed and Bulldog would not return our calls. We had to hire expensive services to help me move so we could close on the sale of our house. We agreed to pay them for their fee (yes, including traffic time) minus the cost for other movers.instead they filed bogus criminal charges for which they got laughed out of court.
We happily paid a lawyer, but unhappily learned a lesson.
This mover has an unsatisfactory rating with BBB and lots of complaints on Kudzu dot com. The "Consumer Choice Award" they tout is bogus (check for yourself) They flaunt association membership (who can't pay money to join an organization?).
If the owner would like to contact me and reimburse me for the other mover fees and legal bill (he has the paid invoices) I would consider my issue rectified. Everyone screws up once in a while, it's what you do to make it right that matters.
