On behalf of my parents who were scammed in thinking that this could help them.
After 2,750.00 into a debt settlement plan, we had saved enough money for the first settlement. No contact was made with creditors, and we were subjected to telephone shuffle without even reaching a settlement after 3 weeks of calling daily. We were always told someone would call you back in 24-48 hours. No once did we contact the same individual.
When finally talking to a "supervisor" who said she was sorry they had "dropped the ball" and would make it up to us by cancelling out the next 2 payments. These people have done nothing for our credit as we now own and additonal 8 months of interset and fees in debt. They were trying to get out of debt, and this COMPANY has put them deeper into debt. I could never do this to my worst enemy, let alone to the clients they claim to have.
