Never delievered 300 pre-paid t-shirts $1030

I received a promo fax by Sportswear. They were offering for a limited time T-shirts for $2.75 with free freight/No art fee/No set up fee/No screen charge. I called and spoke with Anne.

After several calls, I was told the order had to be paid up front to secure production, (Credit cards not accepted). I placed an order on 12/18/06. Anne/DeeDee arranged for DHL to pick up my check and deliver it to 908 N. Dixie HWY #255 Boca Raton FL 33432. I was told my order would be ready in early February.

Since then I have not received another phone call from Sportswear. I have exchanged several e-mails looking for status of my order. The excuses have all been the same. Sorry we are very busy your order will go into production soon/Sorry 2 people out sick, you'll have your order soon. To date, I have not received my order or date my order will be ready.

I have recently given Sportswear a deadline or money back with no luck. I haven't heard back from sportswear in two weeks. That's when I looked Sportswear up online and found others to have the same problems.

I plan on contacting the Coral Springs Detective and Florida State Bureau.
