Ripoff i have e-mailed with no responce i did not recived any dvds, now my account has been sent for colletion

Columbia house is a big ripoff. I have been billed 2 times for the same dvds. That i did not recived, for my joining the club.
I have only recived collection notices with late charges.
I have tryed to reach columbia house by phone & e-mail, over & over, i have still not talked to a person. My credit has been sent to collection
