I am sick and tired of this company I am going to cancel my contract I never want to have thier services again. I called them on July 30 in the evening and as always their system was down was told to call back in 3-4 hours.
I was calling to let them know that I was paying my bill on July 31 but because their system was down they could not document this in the system. So therefore by the time the 3-4 hours was up they had already disconnected my service.
I then called on July 31 in the am and got a very rude rep from the begining of the call she would not let me talk she walked all over me during the conversation. I was trying to tell her once again I was getting ready to pay and was getting my amount that I was suppose to pay.
When I tried to explain to her what had happend the previous day ref to the systems going down and wanted to file a complaint she hung up the phone in my face but before she hung up she said. "You want to file a complaint for not being able to pay your bill on time." In a very rude and unprofessional voice.
This is not the first time I have gotten a rude caller at this company. I called to have my address changed on Aug 2 and the rep which was a female snapped at me and told me to do it through my PRL system. She refused to change the address.
I had to hang up come back again on my next break at work and call again and the next rep changed my address. Every since I got this plan I have had nothing but problems. I had been put on hold for 15-20 mintues was willing to wait because did not want to call back again and have to go through this again.
I never complain on anyone but this is ridiculous. I have also been given different calling plan information that is why I do not understand my limit on my minutes I thought that when you reached your limit you were just charged per minute.
The calling plans are frustrating and confusing and the manual that I have with my sprint phone does not go in detail about any limit on usage of minutes. I am going with another cell phone company and I will never come back to Sprint. Poor customer service, System is always down, Confusing calling plans, and oh yea...
Let's not forget that your payment will not post to them for up to 12 hours!!! When I pay my bill for home phone that shows up asap.!!! Goodbye Sprint!!!
