My wife and I have been Sprint customers for over 5 years and we have noticed a great change with Sprint with this Nextel merger and I have heard this from others. It doesn't not seem to matter at all if you have been a customer for any amount of time with Sprint which seems to be a pattern. We got new phones last Janurary and February with their rebate program.
Here it is in mid May and we have yet to receive those rebates. We call and call and always get the same answer, it will be in two weeks. And I have seen a post on their website that our rebate has been processed and we should get our check by 5-4-07. NO CHECK, this seems to be a pattern with them.
I checked the web and found a law suit filed by the State of Texas about extra charges on people phone bills. So I checked and I found that we are paying taxes to Colorado for a sum of $4.60 a month. WE LIVE IN CALIFORNIA, we were in Colorado for only 9 months and that was 27 months ago. Sure one can say that it was probably a computer error, but the point is we heard about this type of thing going on we looked and found it on our own bill. It seems to be a pattern. CHECK YOUR BILL!!
Sprint - What happened to you? The number of posts in this site is extreme, and now according to MSN you seem to have gotten the #1 company for complaints.
