I bought a Sealy Posturepedic Peal Queen size Mattress from City Furniture and it came with a warrentee. The Mattress features was that it was created by, " Orthopedic surgeons", its none flip, with a pillow top. Well, I replaced my Mattress I had for 10 years with the Sealy Pearl, and it was absolutely horrible even my infant son would sleep side ways on the bed, it was and is so uncomfortable its not even right for this product to be on the market. Anyway, I called City Furniture to tell them about this issue and all they could say was that they were sending someone out to take a look, what ended up happening is a guy came out to measure the indentation of the mattress and told me unless the indentation is more than 1 1/2 inc deep there is nothing he or the store would do. I wanted a different mattress altogether I wasnt looking for it to be replaced with the same model. This was not an option, had I known I wouldnt of bought it cash, and will not shop at City again. These companines hire people and sell to retailers that cant and dont take the responsibilty of their faulty products. Its a shame they are using young innocent people to do their dirty work.
