I sent a money order to bella beads in the amount of $86.95 for registration, initial package and my first set of ingredients to create bookmarks for the company. I recieved only $20 worth of ingredients in return. I immediately called bella beads and left a message inquiring about the extra ingredients that I had not recieved. I got a return call the next day. The woman did not give her name, and she was very rude. I told her I sent a money order in the amount of $86.95 but had not recieved all of the product ordered. She was very flippant with me, telling me that they won't send me anything untill somone orders bookmarks from them.
I told her that if they dd not recieve bookmark orders for years then i am out the money i sent with nothing to show? She did not answer, she simply asked if there was anything else she could help me with. I responded yes, she could answer my question. She then hung up on me. I called this long distance number several times in these two months, and not recieved a return call nor my product or my money back.
