I had laser hair removal treatment on 4/6/07 at American Laser Centers. The pain was absolutely excruciating, and I had to stop the treatment. I developed burns on my legs which later turned into scabs and scars. I called their corporate office that night and the following week and was transferred by a customer service rep both times to a voicemail box. Neither of those messages was returned.
On 4/10/07, I left another message. "Jenny" returned my call later that day saying that a Care Manager would need to call me back within 7 - 10 business days. After no response from a Care Manager, I called them back on 4/23/07. I spoke with "Amber" in the Central Office. She said that a ticket was opened on my case on 4/11/07 and would note that I called again. She said they would call me back the following week.
Additional calls were made to this company on 4/30,5/1,5/2, and 5/3. Every time I was transferred to a generic mailbox and left a message. On 5/4 I spoke with a cusomter service rep who said my case was being reviewed by Jen Iser, Regional Manager. No call from Jen. On 5/7 I left a message for Jen which has not yet been returned. No one has called me to resolve this, and I am out over $2,700.
