This entire situation is like bounty hunters. I wrote supportkids after months of receiving no support. I wanted to get things done for my self. I wrote to supportkids about closing my case. This is their reply.
"Since the time you enlisited our services, we have put out resurce to work in good faith at no cost to you to collect your child support. Highly trained specialisit have worked - and continue to work - on your behalf" When you choose supportkids to work for you, you agreed to a legally binding contract. This contract can oly be terminated according to specific terms outlined in the contract, and these conditions do not exist in your behalf.
This is totally untrue. Each support check I get is around 89.00; I will only get 50.00 if that amount. Then some how the state sent a check directly to me. Supportkids called me an said I owe them so much of that check.
This feel like I have entered into a contract with mobsters. Do I have to go thru this just to collect money for my children? So one please help.
