I received an email from fixya over a month back to be and expert on their website; provide solutions to their customers and they would pay me accordingly. I have adhered to the schedules, providing technical support to their customers; I used their chat utility to receive chat invitations and remained online 5 hours; 5 days a week.
Inbetween, I requested them repeatedly to tell me how am I doing or if Im matching all the parameters and they responded by saying that they don't have any reporting system. Now, when the payback time came, they refused to pay me, telling me that I haven't met any of their criteria. I have again requested them for a report, however, there has been no response thereafter.
I have spend my time for fixya. I have worked extra hours to make sure I'm meeting all the parameters. They have taken advantage of the fact that we are in two different countries and there is nothing much I can do except reporting this matter here.
