This person ripped off my husband and I for over five thousand dollars, enticing us with an affordable piece of land in South Colorado. We paid for our land in monthly installments and with a generous down payment. Our piece of property was paid for, yet we kept receiving letters stating we "owed taxes" or were "late". After multiple attempts to contact this person at his Florida, Colorado and New Mexico addresses over a several year period we gave up.
