I purchased 5 acres of land from Michael Bodrug on 6-1-07. I make monthly payments of $100.00 dollars a month. I was informed by a freind who did some research on the land and found out that this Michael Bodrug is ripping people off. I am a single mom and i bought this land to retire on. I can't believe that he is allowed to get away with this. I had written him about a copy of the deed and the tax payment. I own other property and thats when i started feeling something was wrong when he wrote me back saying that i could only get the deed when I paid off the property. I know this to be false because of the other land i purchased. Please if anyone reads this please email me back and let me hear your story. Thank you
