In October I ordered from this site. When I still didn't receive the product by January (they were "back ordered"), I started emailing more. I was told that I would get a refund, but it is August and no refund and she has long since stopped pretending. She no longer acknowledges my emails. I filed a report with the BBB but they were not able to get her to respond either. My order was only $35.00 but it was my money.
