Consumers warning warning, Reliant Energy online bill payment service sucks!!! I have 2 accounts with them one account was paid no problem. Second account they say that the bank could not find my account yet i used the same account that i used for the forst bill they stated the payment was returned unpaid and they charged me there fine $25 returned payment fee. Emailed customer services several times each time they blame me stating that they had the wrong bank account details but my bank account details are saved in my profile. On checking it of course the corect account number is stated so is the correct routing number. Anyone else had the same problem.
