I went to the bank today 4-23 because i had received the statement from my bank and to my surprise i saw that i had 2 transactions done in my account of 19.95 and they were both done on the same month.
I went to my bank to find out a little more details on this transactions, my bank stated that this transactions were being done for the past year.
I usually dont take my time to check my statement because I never thought this can happen to me plus i've had my daughter in the hospital because she has been sick and i saw my self coming short handed with money.
I had no choice than to put a stop payment on this which cost me 25.00 dollars. I am aware that this people have their account with bank of america if this can help, I was ripped off 480.00 in total.
I tried contacting them by the internet but i had no luck contacting them, it only tells me to login and no other options i cant login because i am not a memebr and there is no way to get through them.
