I ordered my $40 watchband online from Germany-based Watchband.Biz. When the product was finally delivered I found they had sent the wrong color. Hoping for a speedy resolution, I went through their website to alert them of their error.
Here's my message:

Your image is bullsh*t.

Quite taken aback, I demanded an explanation via email. When no response was forthcoming, I emailed again demanding a pre-paid shipping label for the immediate return of their goods, as well as the return for all funds paid. I also included several more photos taken with my digital SLR. Since my initial complaint, I've emailed Michael Kares and sent messages through the Watchband.Biz website about a dozen times now. As of 4/18/07, I haven't heard back from them - not one follow-up email, not a single call.
I have since learned from various watch enthusiast forums, that Michael Kares is the owner of Watchband.Biz. It is reported that he routinely displays abusive and downright combative behavior not only toward unsatisfied customers but even potential customers seeking clarification on his goods.
A satisfactory resolution is highly unlikely at this point.in the future, I will AT ALL COSTS, AVOID WATCHBAND.Biz
